1. When is the La Vida Immunotec 2025 trip?

The La Vida Immunotec 2025 trip offers two experiences:

·       Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas cruise ship: From October 5 to 11, 2025, a 7-day, 6-night voyage that includes 4 destinations in one trip: Panama, Cartagena, Curacao and Aruba.

·       Disney Orlando: For U.S. Consultants, this alternative has been created from November 9 to 13, 2025, a 5-day, 4-night trip at the exclusive Disney Coronado Springs Resort.

Questions about the La Vida Immunotec Cruise

2. Will the Cruise be for Immunotec people only?

Yes, the cruise will be reserved exclusively for the La Vida Immunotec 2025 achiever Consultants and the corporate staff that will assist in the execution of the cruise. All passengers on the cruise will be part of Immunotec, allowing a private and personalized experience.

3. How many travel credits do I have to reach to earn La Vida Immunotec 2025 Cruise?

There are four different categories for the cruise trip:

• Trip x 1 (95,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will share a room with another Consultant of the same gender. It does not include travel credit.

• Trip x 2 (160,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their guest. It does not include travel credit.

• Travel x 3 (270,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their 2 guests, and includes travel credit for 3.

• Travel x 4 (350,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their 3 guests, and includes travel credit for 4.

4. What does the cruise include?

The cruise is an all-inclusive, which offers:

• 9 restaurants and 7 bars and lounges.

• More than 40 shows and activities, including:

• Deluxe drink packages.

• Main theater shows.

5. At which airport should I get my ticket for the Cruise?

You must arrive at Tocumen International Airport in Panama on October 5th before 4pm.

6. Is transportation from the airport to the Cruise included?

Ground transportation from the airport to Colon Port, Panama will be covered by Immunotec for all the achiever Consultants and their guests. Ground transportation will be provided only on October 5 and 11, at the established times. Remember to make sure you arrive at the airport on October 5th in the morning as the latest boarding time for the cruise ship is 4 PM.

You must share in your RSVP registration complete, legible itinerary including the following information: full name, dates, airline, flight number, times, both ways.

We will keep communication prior to the travel date to your Immunotec registered email address, please make sure it is updated before the qualifying period closes.

7. Will Immunotec provide me with financial support to get to the Cruise?

Consultants who qualify for Travel for 3 or Travel for 4 officially to the incentive trip by the close of July will receive an email in July from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx, indicating that they will be paid the flight credit amount for each earned travel award. This communication will be sent on August 8, 2025, after the close of the qualifying period to each qualified Consultant, according to their country of registration.

*Consultants who issue an invoice under their own scheme must issue another invoice to receive this flight credit. In addition, they must not have any outstanding invoices or requirements. It works the same as the commission payment.

8. When is the deadline for registering mine and my guests' attendance?

The deadline to confirm your attendance is August 25, 2025. At the end of the qualifying period (July 31, 2025), all achievers will receive an email from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx with the link to register themselves and their guests. This applies to La Vida Immunotec Cruise, but not to La Vida Immunotec Disney.

9. If I earn the trip for 2, 3 or 4, will it be in the same room?

The achievers of the trip for 2, 3 or 4 will share the same room with their guests. Keep in mind that your guests must accompany you for the entire trip. Guest changes can be made until September 15, 2025, by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx, including:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months after October 11, 2025).

• Complete contact information (name, ID if it is a Consultant, cell phone, email, parentage, allergies).

This applies to La Vida Immunotec Cruise, but not to La Vida Immunotec Disney.

10.  Upon arrival at each destination, will I be able to disembark from the Cruise and visit the city?

Yes, upon arrival in Cartagena, Curaçao and Aruba, you will be able to disembark from the Cruise and visit the city during the day.

14. Is transportation from the airport to the hotel included?

No. You can use options such as Lyft, Uber, car rental and Orlando Airport Shuttle.

15. Will Immunotec provide me with financial support to get to Disney?

Yes, Consultants who qualify for the incentive trip by the end of July will receive an email in July from events@immunotec.com indicating that they will be paid the flight credit amount. 16. U.S. Consultants have another travel option?

Yes, U.S. Consultants can choose the La Vida Immunotec Disney Orlando trip, from November 9 to 13, 2025, a 5-day, 4-night trip with the previously mentioned features.

General Questions

17. How much is the New Consultant bonus?

The bonus for New Consultants will vary depending on the month:

• New Consultants from December 2024 to July 2025:

• First month: 4,000 credits with a minimum purchase of 2,000 PV.

• Second month: 2,000 credits with a minimum repurchase of 1,000 VP.

• Third month: 2,000 credits with a minimum repurchase of 1,000 PV.

• New Consultants from October 2024: Receive 2,000 credits in their third month (December) with a minimum repurchase of 1,000 PV.

• New Consultants from November 2024: Receive 2,000 credits in their second month (December) and another 2,000 credits in their third month (January 2025) with a minimum repurchase of 1,000 PV.

18. does the promotion from December 1 to 3, 2024 includes?

During December 1, 2 and 3, 2024, a special promotion will be available that includes:

• Double personal repurchase credits starting at 1,000 points. Consultants may receive a maximum of 3,000 credits.

• The first 2,000 Consultants who make a repurchase from 1,000 points will receive a personalized puzzle as a gift. This puzzle will be sent along with their January repurchase.

Credits can be earned through the repurchase of packages or a la carte products and are the sum of all the repurchases made from December 1st to December 3rd. The points accumulated during this promotion will be applied directly as travel credits.

19. If I achieve a new rank in November, will I earn 100% of the credits in December 2024?

Yes, if you achieve a new rank in November 2024 and requalify in December, you will receive 100% of the credits corresponding to the rank you achieved. This will also apply to your qualified upline, who will receive the same 100% credit percentage.

20. If I am a Trip x 2, 3 or 4 achiever, can my guest be anyone, including a Consultant?

Yes, Consultants who qualify for Travel x 2, 3 or 4 may bring the guest of their choice, who must share a room for the entire duration of the trip. The guest can be anyone, even a non-qualified Consultant, as long as they do not have an open case with Compliance.

21. Can I bring minors as guests?

Yes, you can bring guests of any age, including minors, as long as they are registered before the deadline.

22. Can I bring an additional guest if I am a trip achiever?

In the trip for 1 only, you can request an additional guest by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2025.

This request is subject to availability and has a cost of $3,000 USD, which must be paid in a single payment before the end of August 2025.

23. If I am a trip achiever for 1, can I purchase a single room?

Yes, you can request a single room by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2025. This request is subject to availability and has an additional cost of $1,500 USD, which must be settled by the end of August 2025.

24. If I am a Consultant from another country and a U.S. Consultant invites me to the Disney trip, can I attend?

Yes, you may attend. Consultants who qualify for Trip x 2, 3 or 4 may bring the guest of their choice. The guest can be anyone, even a non-qualified Consultant, as long as they do not have an open case with Compliance.

25. What should I do if I confirm my attendance, but cannot attend the trip due to a force majeure?

In case you are unable to attend the trip, you must send an email to eventos@immunotec.com, events@immunotec.com and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx before September 15, 2025, attaching official documentation (such as a medical certificate or official document) explaining the reason for your non-attendance. Under no circumstances is there any financial compensation for a trip that the Consultant does not attend.
