1. When is the Xplora Immunotec trip?

The Xplora Las Vegas trip, exclusive to Consultants from the United States and Canada, will take place from March 11 to 13, 2025, at Caesars Palace Hotel, Las Vegas, NV.

2. What is the deadline to register my attendance and my guests for the Xplora Immunotec incentive?

The deadline to confirm your attendance is January 10, 2025. After the qualification period ends on November 30, 2024, all winners will receive an email from Immunotec with a link to register themselves and their guest(s), if applicable.

3. If I win the trip for two, will we share the same room?

Yes, winners of the trip for two will share the same room.

4. Will Immunotec provide any financial support to get to the destination?

Consultants who officially qualify for the incentive trip by the end of November will receive a financial support bonus of $450 USD to cover travel expenses. If the trip is for two, the bonus will be $900 USD to cover travel expenses.

5. Which airport should I book my flight to for the Xplora Immunotec trip in Las Vegas?

You should book your flight to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS VEGAS).

6. Can I bring an additional guest?

For trip for one achiever, there will be an option to purchase for a guest in the registration link. Based on availability, the events team will contact you to complete the purchase for the extra guest.

7. If I earn the trip for two, can my guest be anyone, including a Consultant?

Consultants who qualify for the trip for two can bring any guest of their choice, with whom they will share a room for the entire trip duration. The guest can be any person of any age, including a non-qualified Consultant, as long as they have no open compliance cases.

8. Can I bring minors at my own expense?

To bring an additional person, the Consultant must purchase the trip at an extra cost, which will be confirmed at the time of registration.

9. If I earn the trip for one, can I request a single room?

If you achieve the trip for one, there will be an option to purchase for your own room in the registration link. Based on availability, the events team will contact you to complete the purchase for your single room. The cost will be provided in the registration link.

10. If I earn, confirm my attendance, but cannot attend the trip due to a force majeure situation, what should I do?

If you are unable to attend, send an email to events@immunotec.com by January 10, 2025, and attach the necessary medical or official documentation proving the reason for your inability to attend.

11. For the Xplora Immunotec trip, is transportation from the airport to the hotel and back included?

Air and ground transportation will be covered by the Trip Achiever. Immunotec will provide a financial support bonus of $450 USD for a trip for one and $900 USD for a trip for two to cover travel expenses.

12. What does the Xplora Las Vegas 2024 trip include?

Each achiever of a spot for the Xplora Las Vegas 2024 trip will receive the following:
