La Vida Immunotec 2025 Trip Rules and Regulations

Qualifications

  1. The qualifying period starts on December 1, 2024 and ends on July 31, 2025.

    • Cruise: The destination will be the Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas cruise ship, itinerary Panama, Cartagena, Curacao and Aruba. The trip will take place from October 5 to 11, 2025.

    • Disney: For U.S. Consultants, the destination will be Disney, Orlando, from November 9 to 13, 2025.

  3. Only orders paid in full during the qualifying period will generate travel credits. Orders that have not been fully settled will not accrue credits

  4. Travel credits will be reflected in Consultant's account at the official close of each month during the qualifying period. Immunotec may apply adjustments in the event of chargebacks.

  5. To participate in the incentive trip, qualified Consultants must have an active account and annuity in effect at the time of the trip and remain active in the business during the months of September and October 2025, otherwise they will not be eligible to participate even if they have already qualified.

 

  1. To participate in the incentive trip, qualified Consultants must be in good standing with Immunotec and not be in violation of Immunotec's Policies and Procedures. Consultants who are directly or indirectly involved in a compliance investigation are not eligible for the trip.

 

  1. All Consultants registered at Immunotec Canada, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Europe are eligible to participate in the qualifying incentive trip, which will take place in each of the destinations specified in point 1, during the period from October 5 to 11, 2025 for the Cruise, and from November 9 to 13, 2025 for Disney.

 

  1. Acceptance of the incentive trip by a Consultant grants Immunotec permission to use the Consultant's name, photos or videos in promotional and communication materials for the incentive trip, without any proprietary rights in favor of the Consultant.

 

  1. In the event that a company is registered as a Consultant, in which more than one individual may be involved, qualifies for the incentive trip, only one person may attend the trip unless they have earned travel for 2 or more. This is irrespective of the number of persons involved in achieving qualifying.

 

  1. Immunotec reserves the right to review any account of a qualified Consultant to determine if there was any manipulation or violation of company policies or ethics in obtaining qualification. Immunotec has the right to reject the participation of any qualified Consultant who has committed any violation in order to benefit from the same, including on the day of commencement of the trip.

 

  1. While Sponsorship changes are permitted under the Policies and Procedures, Compliance reserves the right to monitor any unusual activity related to the number of enrollment changes that are received or assigned to benefit Incentive qualification. Compliance is empowered to remove the qualification of any Consultant found to be engaging in unusual activity in terms of enrollment changes to qualify for incentives.

 

  1. If during the qualifying period, the Sponsor of a new Consultant or new Customer is changed, previously awarded travel credits will remain with the initial Sponsor.    Travel credits accrued after the change will be awarded to the new Sponsor.

 

  1. The Sponsor, may place their new Consultants, anywhere in their downline, for the accumulation of travel credits.

 

  1. In this act, the Consultant hereby authorizes Immunotec, even if after the end of the trip, it is proven that the qualification was achieved through the application of fraudulent strategies and/or resources or other than those previously authorized in the qualification parameters, to recover the total cost of the trip, through discounts in the Consultant's next commissions or by any other means determined by Immunotec.

 

Travel and accommodation:

1.          Confirmation deadline is August 25, 2025 and Consultant must confirm attendance through the established means.

 

2.          The La Vida Immunotec 2025 Cruise trip has four categories and they are as follows:

a.          Travel x 1 (95,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will share a room with one other Consultant, who will be of the same gender. Flight credit is not included.

b.          Travel x 2 (160,000 travel credits: Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their guest. Flight credit not included.

c.          Travel x 3 (270,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their 2 guests. Includes flight credit for 3 people.

d.          Travel x 4 (350,000 travel credits): Consultants who qualify for this tier will have a private room, which will be shared with their 3 guests. Includes flight credit for 4 people.

 

Take note that the La Vida Immunotec 2025 Disney Orlando trip is intended for Consultants from the United States. Consultants from countries other than the United States are not eligible to attend.

 

3.          Immunotec reserves the exclusive right to assign rooms. Every effort will be made to ensure that the room assignment is favorable to both parties. Immunotec's commitment is to allocate a shared room for two people of the same gender and language. In cases of 2, 3, and 4 trip achiever, the achiever and companion(s) will be accommodated together.

 

4.          Immunotec will cover the cost of accommodations on the Cruise and at the Disney Orlando destination.

 

5.          Air transportation will be covered in part by Immunotec through the deposit of a “Flight Credit” for Trip for 3 and Trip for 4 achievers only, as a financial support for the Consultant to purchase round-trip airfare to the trip destination. The amount of the “Flight Credit” will be determined individually for each country. This “Flight Credit” will be given to the Consultant who qualifies for this benefit indicated in the previous paragraphs.

 

6.          Ground transportation from the airport to the port of Colon, Panama will be covered by Immunotec for all winning Consultants and their guests. Ground transportation will be provided only on October 5 and 11, at the established times. The Consultant must share in his/her RSVP the complete itinerary, legible and including the following information: full name, dates, airline, flight number, schedules, on both legs of the round trip. The Consultant must be attentive to communications on his/her Immunotec registered email.

 

7.          In the event that, for any reason, the Consultant loses the right to travel, whether due to disqualification, violation of the Policies and Procedures, or because an investigation is initiated by Compliance and found to be justified, the Consultant shall refund the amounts paid for the “Flight Credit”. Consultant hereby consents to Immunotec's discounting of these amounts in the next commission payment or otherwise.

 

8.          Consultant shall be solely responsible for any extra charges related to room preferences, flight itinerary upgrades and/or any other additional services not formally offered by Immunotec. If a Consultant causes Immunotec to incur additional expenses, regardless of the reason for such additional expenses, the Consultant hereby consents to Immunotec recovering such expenses through discounts in its commission payments or otherwise.

 

9.          It is the Consultant's responsibility to arrive in due time at the airport as per itinerary. Any delays, breakdowns, cancellations, flight incidents, immigration, etc., regardless of the cause, resulting in the loss of services such as ground transportation, overnight stays or the entire trip, shall be the responsibility of the Consultant. Immunotec shall be released from all liability or charges arising therefrom.

 

10.    It is the Consultant's responsibility to ensure that the flight arrives in Panama in the morning. The maximum boarding time for the cruise ship is 4 PM. Any delays, breakdowns, cancellations, flight incidents, immigration, etc., regardless of the cause, resulting in the loss of services such as ground transportation, overnight stays or the entire trip, shall be the responsibility of the Consultant. Immunotec shall be released from any and all liability or charges arising therefrom.

 

11.    It is the Consultant's responsibility to have his/her address and email address updated in his/her Business Center, or otherwise request that it be updated through Immunotec Customer Service, prior to the end of the qualifying period.

 

12.    Travel and medical insurance is the sole responsibility of the Consultant. Immunotec recommends that each Consultant purchase his/her own travel insurance.

 

13.    The Incentive trip may not be transferred, exchanged, sold and/or traded and may only be used by the qualified Consultant.

 

Participation and guests:

1.          Consultants who qualify for 2, 3 and 4 may bring a guest of their choice with whom they must share a room for the duration of the trip. The guest may be any person of any age, including a non-qualified Consultant, if he/she does not have an open case with the Compliance area.

 

2.          Consultants who have earned the trip for 2, 3 and 4 agree that their guest will be honorable and willing to abide by the standards of behavior set forth in the Business Guide for the duration of the trip. In this regard, the Consultant inviting the guest will be jointly responsible for the conduct and behavior of the guest for the duration of the trip.

 

3.          The information, documentation and registration of the guest must be provided together with that of the qualified Consultant, with a deadline of August 25, 2025.

 

Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy:

1.          Consultants who have not confirmed their attendance to the trip or that of their guest, before August 25, 2025, will lose the right to the trip and, in no case, will be subject to any compensation.

2.            Consultants who, for reasons of force majeure, need to cancel their participation in the trip or that of their guest, will have a deadline of September 15, 2025. They must inform through the link where they registered, confirming their non-attendance to the trip. In case of having confirmed their attendance through the registration and later (before the trip) have an impediment, they should send an email to eventos@immunotec.com, events@immunotec.com and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx, explaining the causes and attaching the supporting information (e.g. medical certificate). Each case will be evaluated individually by the “Corporate Evaluation Committee”, who will determine if any type of compensation is applicable. The resolution to the request will be issued within thirty days after the end of the trip. Should the Consultant wish to communicate with the “Corporate Evaluation Committee”, this may be done by sending an e-mail to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com.

 

 

3.          Consultants who have confirmed their attendance to the incentive trip and do not attend, will lose any right that the trip may have conferred upon them, as well as any type of benefit or compensation. This rule shall also apply to their guests. In the event that the winning Consultant does not attend, neither may the guests attend.

 

Behavior and Ethics Policy:

1.          Any conduct that goes against morals or good manners will result in sanctions, which may range from a verbal reprimand, immediate expulsion from the trip or termination of the business relationship between Immunotec and the Consultant.

 

2.          Consultant shall, at all times, conduct themselves and adhere to the behavioral guidelines set forth in the Policies and Procedures in all interactions, whether with other Consultants, Immunotec personnel or anyone else involved in the travel activities.

 

3.          Since this is an institutional event, guests invited to the trip who are not Consultants shall also be obliged to respect the guidelines established in the Policies and Procedures, and the Consultant who has invited them shall also be responsible to Immunotec for any conduct contrary to morals and good customs that may be committed by their guests.

 

4.          In the event that any Consultant incurs in inappropriate acts or conduct that cause the imposition of fines or additional charges by the hotel, restaurants, parks, shows or places where the activities of the trip are carried out, such fines or charges shall be borne directly by the Consultant involved either at that time or through a discount in the payment of commissions.

 

5.          In the case of the Consultant's guests, it shall be the Consultant who has invited the guest who shall assume responsibility for the acts committed by the guest, and in the event that any type of sanction or additional charge is established as a result of the guest's conduct, it shall be the Consultant who shall be responsible for the payment of the fine or charge.

 

6.          In this act, the Consultant who attends the trip, expressly consents to Immunotec so that, in the event that any of the hypotheses described above occur, direct discounts will be made in the next payment of commissions.

 

Miscellaneous:

1.          Consultants are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with their award, so it is their responsibility to check their local tax laws.

 

2.          Immunotec is an inclusive company, and we will make every effort to accommodate travelers with special needs, however, in the event that assistance from another person or specialized equipment is required, any costs incurred will be borne directly by the Consultant.

 

3.          In the event of any violation of the Policies and Procedures, or any open investigation against the Consultant, or its guest (if Consultant), or are involved in any, Immunotec reserves the right to cancel the Consultant's qualification at any time, including on the day of the trip.

 

4.          Immunotec reserves the right to reduce travel credits from chargebacks made on orders that have awarded travel credits to you throughout the qualifying period up to and including the start date of the trip.

 

5.          Immunotec reserves the right to revalidate Consultant's qualifications at any time, up to and including the travel start date.

 

6.          Identification and the official badge provided by Immunotec will be required at all times for entry to all Immunotec reserved functions/spaces. In the event of loss or theft of the badge, the Consultant must immediately notify any member of the Immunotec organizing team, replacement of the badge in the event of loss may, in some cases, cause additional costs to be borne by the Consultant.

 

7.          Immunotec reserves the right to make changes, at its sole discretion and at any time, to the program, dates of the trip, destination and even total cancellation of the trip, as well as to these regulations.

 

8.          Each Consultant who has qualified to earn the incentive trip shall be responsible for being aware of and following any travel restrictions imposed by their local government. Immunotec and the organizers of the incentive trip shall not be liable in the event that, as a result of attending the trip and due to restrictions on entry and exit by their local governments, the Consultant and/or accompanying persons have complications in re-entering their home country, nor shall Immunotec and the organizers of the incentive trip be liable if the winners of the trip are unable to travel outside their country due to restrictions imposed by local governments.

9.          Each Consultant who has qualified to earn the incentive trip, as well as the accompanying person, will be required to sign and accept the waiver agreement and the Rules and Regulations as a condition of participation in the incentive trip.
