Qualifications:

1. Qualification Period starts on August 1, 2024, and ends on November 30, 2024. The travel destination for registered Consultants will depend on the country where each Consultant’s ID is registered: Canada or United States: Las Vegas, Bolivia: Tarija, Mexico: Puerto Vallarta, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala: Barú (Cartagena), Europe: Prague, Peru: Cusco. Each trip will take place in the first quarter of 2025.

3. Paid Orders: Only fully paid orders during the qualification period will convert into travel credits. Orders that are not fully paid will not accumulate travel credits.

4. Credit Accumulation: Travel credits will be accumulated in the Consultant’s account and calculated at the official close of each month during the qualification period. Adjustments for chargebacks may apply.

5. Active Account Requirement: To participate in the incentive trip, qualified Consultants must have an active account at the time of the trip and remain active in the business during September and October; otherwise, they will not be eligible to participate even if they have qualified.

6. Compliance with Policies: To be eligible for the trip, qualified Consultants must be in good standing with Immunotec and must not have violated any Policies and Procedures. Consultants directly or indirectly involved in an open investigation by the compliance department are not eligible for the trip.

7. Eligible Consultants: All Consultants registered in Immunotec Canada, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Europe are eligible to participate in the qualification for the incentive trip, which will take place in each of the destinations specified in point 1 during the period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

8. Permission to Use Image: Acceptance of the incentive trip by a Consultant grants Immunotec permission to use their name, photos, or videos in promotional and communication materials for the incentive trip without generating any property rights in favor of the Consultant.

9. For accounts registered as companies, in which more than one Consultant may be involved, only 1 (one) Consultant may participate in the incentive trip, unless 2 (two) persons qualify for the trip, in which case 2 persons may attend.

Qualifications:

10. Account Review: Immunotec reserves the right to review any qualified Consultant’s account to determine if there was any manipulation or violation of company policies or ethics to obtain the qualification. Immunotec has the right to reject the participation of any qualified Consultant who has committed any type of infraction, even on the day the trip begins.

11. Sponsor Changes: While sponsor changes are allowed according to the Policies and Procedures, the Compliance department reserves the right to monitor any unusual activity related to the number of enrollment changes received or assigned to benefit the incentive qualification. The Compliance department is authorized to remove the qualification of any Consultant involved in unusual activity regarding enrollment changes to qualify for incentives.

12. If a new Consultant or new Customer’s sponsor is changed during the qualification period, previously awarded travel credits will remain with the initial sponsor. Travel credits accumulated after the change will be awarded to the new sponsor.

13. Placement of New Consultants: The sponsor may place new consultants anywhere in their downline for the accumulation of travel credits.

14. Recovery of Trip Costs: Immunotec is authorized to recover the total cost of the trip if it is later found that the qualification was achieved through fraudulent strategies or resources or those not previously authorized in the qualification parameters. This recovery can be made through deductions from the Consultant’s upcoming commissions or by any other means determined by Immunotec.

Travel and Accommodation:

15. Confirmation of Attendance: The deadline to confirm attendance for the incentive trip is January 10, 2025, and Consultants must do so through the established means.

16. Trip Categories:

  • Trip for 1 (48,000 travel credits): Qualified Consultants in this category will share a room with another Consultant of the same gender.

  • Trip for 2 (90,000 travel credits): Qualified Consultants in this category will have a private room, which they will share with their guest.

17. Room Assignment: Immunotec reserves the exclusive right to assign rooms. Every effort will be made to ensure that room assignments are favorable for both parties. Immunotec’s commitment is to assign shared rooms for two people of the same gender and language. For winners of the trip for two, the winner and their guest(s) will stay together.

18. Accommodation Costs: Immunotec will cover the accommodation costs at the destination. Accommodation for March 11 and 12, 2025, will be covered in a shared double room for winners of Trip for one and a double room for winners of Trip for two.

Travel and Accommodation:

19. Transportation Costs: Air and ground transportation will be covered by the Trip Achiever. Immunotec will provide an economic support “Expense Bonus” valued at 450 USD for the Consultant to use for travel expenses.

20. Loss of Trip Right: If for any reason the Consultant loses the right to the trip, either due to disqualification, a violation of Policies and Procedures, or because the Compliance department initiates an investigation against them and it is founded, the Consultant must return the amounts paid to them for the "Expense Bonus." The Consultant consents to Immunotec making deductions of these amounts from the next commission payment or by any other means.

21. Additional Charges: Consultants will be solely responsible for any extra charges related to room preferences, flight itinerary improvements, and/or any other additional service not formally oered by Immunotec. If a Consultant causes Immunotec to incur additional expenses, regardless of the reason, they consent to Immunotec recovering these costs through deductions from their commission payments or by any other means.

22. Travel Itinerary Responsibility: Consultants are responsible for arriving at the airport well in advance according to their personal itinerary. Any delay, breakdown, cancellation, incident with flights, immigration, etc., regardless of the cause, that results in missed services such as ground transportation, overnight stays, or the entire trip, will be the Consultant’s responsibility. Immunotec will be exempt from any responsibility or charges derived from such incidents.

23. Updated Information: Consultants are responsible for keeping their address and email updated in their Business Center, or requesting updates through Immunotec Customer Service before the qualification period ends.

24. Travel Insurance: Travel or medical insurance is the sole responsibility of the Consultant. Immunotec recommends that each Consultant acquire their own travel insurance.

25. Non-transferable Trip: The incentive trip cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold, and can only be used by the qualified Consultant.

Guest Participation:

26. Guests for Trip for 2: Consultants who qualify for the trip for two can bring a guest of their choice with whom they will share a room for the entire duration of the trip. The guest can be any person of any age, including an unqualified Consultant, as long as they do not have an open case with the Compliance department.

27. Guest Responsibility: Consultants who bring a guest commit to ensuring that their guest behaves honorably and is willing to adhere to the behavioral standards established in the Business Guide throughout the trip. The Consultant who invites the guest will be jointly responsible for the guest’s conduct and actions during the trip.

28. Guest Information: Information, documentation, and registration of the guest must be provided along with that of the qualified Consultant by January 10, 2025.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

29. Confirmation Deadline: Consultants who do not confirm their attendance or that of their guest before January 10, 2025, will lose their right to the trip and will not be entitled to any compensation.

30. Consultants who need to cancel their participation or that of their guest due to force majeure must do so by January 10, 2025. They must inform via the registration link, confirming their absence. If attendance was confirmed but an impediment arises before the trip, an email explaining the reasons and attaching supporting information (e.g., medical certificate) must be sent to events@immunotec.com. Each case will be individually evaluated by the “Corporate Evaluation Committee,” which will determine if any compensation applies. The decision will be issued within thirty days after the trip ends. Consultants can contact the “Corporate Evaluation Committee” via events@immunotec.com.

31. Consultants who confirm attendance but do not attend the incentive trip will lose any rights and benefits conferred by the trip, including any for their guests. This rule also applies to their guests.

Behavior and Ethics Policy:

32. Inappropriate Conduct: Any behavior contrary to morality or good customs will result in sanctions, ranging from a verbal warning to immediate expulsion from the trip or even termination of the Consultants account with Immunotec.

33. Adherence to Guidelines: Consultants must always conduct themselves in accordance with the behavioral guidelines established in the Policies and Procedures in all interactions, whether with other Consultants, Immunotec sta, or anyone connected to the trip activities.

34. Guest Conduct: Guests who are not Consultants must also respect the guidelines established in the Policies and Procedures. The Consultant who invites them will be equally responsible to Immunotec for any immoral or improper behavior their guests may commit.

35. Additional Charges Due to Misconduct: Consultants will be directly responsible for any fines or additional charges imposed by hotels, restaurants, parks, shows, or other places where trip activities take place due to their inappropriate conduct.

36. For the guests of Consultants, the Consultant who invited them will be responsible for their actions. If any sanctions or additional charges arise due to the guest's behavior, the Consultant will be responsible for paying the fines or charges.

Behavior and Ethics Policy:

37. By attending the trip, Consultants expressly consent to Immunotec making direct deductions from their next commission payment in the event any of the aforementioned situations occur.

Miscellaneous:

38. Consultants are solely responsible for all taxes associated with their prize. It is their responsibility to verify their local tax laws.

39. Immunotec is an inclusive company, and we will do everything possible to accommodate attendees with special needs. However, if additional assistance or specialized equipment is required, the costs will be borne by the Consultant.

40. In the event of any violation of the Policies and Procedures, or if there is an open investigation against the Consultant or their guest (if the guest is also a Consultant), Immunotec reserves the right to disqualify the Consultant at any time, even on the day of the trip.

41. Immunotec reserves the right to deduct trip credits resulting from chargebacks on orders that granted trip credits, throughout the qualification period and up to the start date of the trip.

42. Immunotec reserves the right to revalidate the qualifications of Consultants at any time, even up to the start date of the trip.

43. Identification and the ocial badge provided by Immunotec will be required at all times to access all Immunotec-reserved functions/spaces. In case of loss or theft of the badge, the Consultant must immediately notify a member of Immunotec's organizing team. Replacement of the badge may incur additional costs, which will be borne by the Consultant.

44. Immunotec reserves the right to make changes, at its sole discretion and at any time, regarding the program, trip dates, destination, or even the total cancellation of the trip, as well as this regulation.

45. Each Consultant who qualifies for the incentive trip is responsible for being aware of and complying with travel restrictions imposed by their local governments. Immunotec and the incentive trip organizers will not be responsible if, due to attending the trip and local government entry and exit restrictions, Consultants and/or their guests face complications re-entering their country of origin. Likewise, Immunotec and the incentive trip organizers will not be responsible if trip achievers are unable to travel outside their country due to restrictions imposed by local governments.

46. Each Consultant who qualifies for the incentive trip, as well as their guest, will be required to sign and accept the waiver agreement and the acceptance of the Rules and Regulations. This is a mandatory condition for participating in the incentive trip.
